Forces and pressures that are applied to the wall are then transferred to the footing. The principal reinforcing is therefore vertical.  Storage Wall, Vegetable - Bulk This plan is to be used as a component for large commercial winter storage of bulk fruits and vegetables, where the outside temperature is almost always cooler than the controlled environment inside the storage. This condition permits the least-cost insulated construction possible using friction-fit fiberglass insulation to fill the wall space, and a single vapor barrier at the warm or storage face of the insulation.  Storage Wall, Vegetable Interior - Bulk This plan gives design details for an interior wall designed to withstand loads due to the bulk storage of vegetables on either or both sides. As options, the wall may support roof loads or not, but in either case it must be connected for horizontal support at the top, to either a steel or plywood diaphragm ceiling.  Storage Wall, Vegetable - Bulk (Refridgerated) This plan is to be used as a component for large commercial bulk fruit and vegetable storages. Whenever refrigeration is used to extend the storage period into warm humid weather, a vapor pressure reversal occurs; this tends to drive atmospheric moisture from outdoors into the wall and ceiling insulation.
