Customer Order Status
We understand that our customers would like to receive their order as quick as possible. We do our very best to process your order right away and ship within 24-48 hrs. We email all of our customers an Order Status web page link. We encourage all of our customers to visit that page so that they can get the most recent information about the status of their order and what, if any, external factors might affect the delivery of their order. Back orders do occur from time to time.
Shipping Charges & Options
With the complexity of our inventory it can be difficult to determine actual shipping cost to display on your checkout page. If the delivery charges seems high you are invited to inquire first before you order. We do refund shipping costs if its determined we can ship for less. We will mail your paper plans and hardware supplies order based on the delivery option you choose on your checkout page, however if we can find another method to speed up potential delays at a particular warehouse we will make that change for you. We ship USPS first class mail and CanadaPost standard mail. Where available, we also offer Priority Mail offered by the post offices. The estimated delivery times are shown on the check out page based on the method of delivery, where it is shipping from and where the shipment is going. Please read our FAQ page for more information.
