Wildflower Horse woodworking plans - Floral and ribbon motif. 27 inch high at the seat. This classic rocking horse is rich with floral and ribbon wood appointments and light colored woods. It captures the spirit of the flower covered Carousel Horses from the turn of the century. It can be used for Christmas displays, decorating a family room or nursery, as a prop for photography or for store window merchandising. The project can be accomplished with no carving. Primary work can be done with a bandsaw, router and drill press. The project is nearly all wood. Recommended woods are listed in the plans. Wrap colored ribbons around the pole for added trim. The pole can be reinforced for riding.

Tracing Paper makes drawing easier!

Consider adding tracing paper to your order. Its also known as Carbon Paper or Graphite Paper. If you are new to building these types of projects, you will quickly understand the value of tracing paper once you start using it. For any woodworking plan that has curves in the pattern, you simply place the tracing paper between the paper plan and the wood surface. Then you simply trace over the paper pattern with a pencil or any blunt object and the pattern will transfer right to the wood surface. The tracing paper can be used over and over again, lasting you for years of building projects.
