Canadian Wood Council The Canadian Wood Council CWC is the national association representing Canadian manufacturers of wood products used in construction. The Council ensures market access for wood products by working in codes and standards, producing and communicating technical information, helping to provide education programs for students and construction professionals, and co-ordinating special programs such as Wood is Good and the Wood WORKS! Project. The CWC mission is to ensure market access in order to maintain and expand markets for Canadian wood products in North America.

Central Texas Woodturners Located in the greater Austin, Texas area, the Central Texas Woodturners Association (CTWA) is a non-profit club dedicated to providing education, information, and organization to those interested in Woodturning. CTW meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month, starting at 7:00PM and usually lasting about 2 hours. Guests are always welcome.
