to use their credit card secure service. But we'll separate them for now:

Its
easy to do and only takes a few minutes. If you already bank online, you probably can use
Interac® Email Money Transfer service.
Large bank companies like BMO Bank of Montreal, CIBC, RBC Royal Bank,
TDCanadaTrust and Scotiabank and others offer it. Check with your bank to see
if the InteracOnline service is available to you or log into your online banking and
look for something similar to "Email Money Transfers". For more about Interac®
Online banking, visit www.InteracOnline.com/.
How to Order using InteracOnline:
Browse our site for plans you wish to purchase, write down the product codes then send us
an email telling us your address and what you want to purchase. We will email you back to
let you know how much you have to send us along with the Purchase Order number. The
Purchase Order number is the reference we will use with you for all correspondence. Log
into your online banking and proceed to start your Interac® transfer. Basically, it works
like this:
You are telling your bank to send a notice of money transfer to us by giving them our
email ( sales@woodworkersworkshop.com ) address so we can receive the notification.
Indicate how much to transfer, place in the Notes area the Purchase Order number, then
provide a temporary security question and answer.
We get the email notice from your bank with the security question. We have to answer it
correctly, so its important you send us the answer to the security question to our sales@woodworkersworkshop.com email
address. With the answer given, we can then accept your bank's transfer request.
Only then can we begin to process your order. We will send you an email letting you
know everything is ok.
Note: If your bank applies charges to email money transfers, we are not responsible for
that fee.
Send money via regular mail.
First, obtain the plan codes you wish to purchase. Then email us with your order along
with your mailing address (for paper plans) and we will determine if and how much shipping
charges may be applied. We will email you the total and a Purchase Order number. We'll
ensure the paper woodworking plans remain available and set them aside for you. Print
the email correspondence and include it with the international money order (we accept
cash too) in USD funds to the address below. Sorry, no personal cheques, it takes too long
to clear them at the bank. Repeat...Include our email correspondence so we know what
your order is. We'll contact you by email to let you know your money has arrived and
we're sending out your plans by mail or email.
Don't call us...we'll call you.
Email us your telephone number, what you
want to purchase (have the plan numbers) and your address if you are ordering paper plans.
Tell us when is a good time to call if we can't get back to you right away. We'll call and
confirm the amount of your order including shipping costs (if required). You can then mail
in your payment. Sorry, we no longer take credit card numbers over the phone or fax as we
no longer manually process credit cards at our office. We only accept payment by regular
mail, Interac or PayPal.
Processing.
Your order will be processed within the hour during normal business hours. Purchases made
during the weekend and holidays will be processed after such time.
If you have ordered...
- paper plans, please expect 3-10 business days for delivery within the
US states. To Canada, expect a few days more. We are not responsible for any customs or
duties fees. However, we haven't had anybody report that a mailed purchase was subject to
customs charges. We welcome feedback from our customers on delivery and quality of
service. Please feel free to contact us
with any questions or comments. All items are shipped via standard post (USPS or
CanadaPost).
- Electronic plans (PDF's, JPG's and GIF's), you are emailed a link you visit where you can download the plan or pattern.
Expect your electronic plan within 24 hours, usually a couple of hours. If you have not received the email with download instructions
please contact us. Don't wait more than a day...of course, unless you are ordering late Friday afternoon, it might
not get processed until the following business day (Monday).
- Color Prints are custom printed for your order. It takes up to 48 hrs to print the color print and have it placed in the mail. It
is mailed in a tube to prevent creasing of the color print, therefore the tube is treated as a parcel. Please anticipate extra time
required for th epostal service to deliver the parcel.
If you have difficulty with your downloading of electronic plans please contact us.
Ask whatever questions you need, we are here to help. Some people have difficulty downloading files, especially the big name email
companies like AOL, Geocities and Hotmail. If you use an email service like these, we sometimes have difficulty emailing customers.
The file size of plans we offer for download range from less than 1 MB to over 8 MB. And if you are on a dialup interent connection,
realize it will take more time to download large files. Save the downloaded file in a folder on your computer that you remember.
Don't delete your email until you have successfully been able to download and open the woodworking plan(s).
Our delivery methods vary, to accomodate the fastest delivery to you. We deliver direct
from our own warehouse or direct from the designer/publisher.

About Sales Taxes:
If you live outside of Canada, you don't have to pay any sales tax on purchases.
If you live in Canada, you have to pay the sales tax. If
you live anywhere besides Atlantic Canada, you pay only the GST. Within Atlantic Canada you pay HST. My base of operations is in
Nova Scotia and when you purchase at my online store, it would be as if you were purchasing at a regular
retail store. Doesn't matter if you live in Alberta where there is no provincial sales tax. That's the rules
of the Canada Revenue Agency.
Product Description: Customers should note that they are purchasing a
woodworking plan to build the item. They are not purchasing the actual item itself. You
are purchasing a paper or electronic woodworking plan that provides sufficient details on
either building the item (cabinet, bed, scrollsaw silouette, etc) yourself, or having
someone build it for you. With many of the scrollsaw patterns, only the pattern is
supplied, no instructions. Patterns are simply silhouette diagrams that you cut out on the
scrollsaw, it is assumed you know at least the beginning steps of how to cut wood on a
scrollsaw. We do not recommend any of these patterns be cut using a hand held fret saw. We
will not issue a refund if you choose to ignore the above information.
PDF/JPG/GIF woodworking plans: We now offer this document format for a large
selection of our woodworking plans. PDF means Portable Document Format, an electronic file
format. JPG and GIF files are picture format image that you simply print on paper. If you
do not already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer you can obtain the free
Adobe Acrobat reader by visiting the Adobe website. Purchasing electronic plans will incur
no shipping charges in our shopping cart. Only if you also purchase paper woodworking
plans, will you start to see shipping fees being calculated as part of your purchase
total. Shipping fees apply only to paper woodworking plans and color prints. Once delivered, electronic woodworking plans
are non-refundable under any circumstance.
About Color Prints: Everything about color prints can be found at the link at the top of this page, however customers should
be advised that there is an additional shipping charge for mailing this item to you. For customers within the USA each color print
product costs $12.00 for mailing, for customers in Canada each color print product costs $17.00 USD to mail. All other locations,
please contact me first. This product is shipped in a tube, this is why it costs more.
Large Orders: If you have concerns about shipping costs please feel free to
contact us. We can work out a better shipping cost.
Payment Methods: You must be of legal age to use a credit card/debit card and
you must either be the cardholder or authorized by the cardholder to use the credit
card/debit card.
International Orders: YES, we do ship to countries outside of North America.
Can Foreign Currency Cards Be Used: Absolutely. Any valid credit card can be
used on our website so long as it is accepted by our payment processor, PayPal. You
can always send cash in the mail. No personal checks accepted.
Shipping Credit!
We give credit where credit is due. See the left side menu for details on our shipping credit. Customers should be made aware
that our online store attempts to list the largest inventory for your shopping
convenience. However we are not capable for warehousing all paper plans. In many cases we
have the paper plan(s) shipped direct from the publisher. We do this not only to cut down
on extra cost of shipping and handling to us and then to you but it will better service
you in getting the paper plan delivered to you faster. Each publisher that mails out an
order for us charges us for that mailing cost. If we order more than one paper plan, we
get a shipping credit which we pass on to you. So restrictions apply for getting the
shipping credit: You need to order more than one paper plan from an individual series
to receive the shipping credit.
Example #1: You order three paper plans, one an #11- series and two
are #01- series. You will be entitled to a $2.00 shipping credit on the multiple
#01- series.
Example #2: You order two paper plans and they are from two different series, one a
#11- series and the other starts with #01- you will have to pay the full shipping fee per
plan since these plans will be shipped from separate suppliers.
Series numbers shown here are an example only. Refunds apply to any paper plan sold
from any series.
- Electronic plans - No shipping fees apply.
- Paper plans - Shipping fees are displayed in each listing.
- If you are paying by InteracOnline, by mail or by phone, all methods require us to
pre-determine the final cost so we will calculate the credit available to you, then you
pay.
- If you are paying by PayPal you have to complete the payment of your order. Then
when we receive your order we will apply the proper credit back to you. This is because we
have no way to offer a credit option in the PayPal shopping cart, so we have to do
it after you have paid.
Shipping/mailing costs:
- Extra Shipping Fees: - Some items in the online store, like hardware and supplies, are bulky items or require special
handling. An extra shipping fee applies and we do our best to come close to displaying the extra costs that may be required to ship
this item. We reserve the right to request additional payment, in the event of any additional surcharge required by our shipper.
- United States customers: - WoodworkersWorkshop is located in Canada and many of
our distribution centers are located in the USA and owned by Americans. So you buy with
confidence and convenience.
- non-USA customers: - If you live in Canada or anywhere else outside the United States,
it will cost more to mail your plans. If you live in Canada generally it will cost $1.00-$3.00
more and we will calculate that against any credit due. If you only purchase one paper
plan, you will be required to pay an additional $1.00 - $3.00 for mailing costs.
If you live anywhere else, we suggest you contact us first if you want to order paper
plans in order to obtain proper shipping costs. Here is the current extra cost to ship one paper plan to addresses outside of North America. Bulk orders may cost more.:

to pay additional shipping costs for your order. Do not add it to your shipping cart unless
you know how much extra is required. If your paper plan order requires additional shipping (outside of the USA, especially outside of North America) you will be
required to add this to your shopping cart and pay for it prior to processing your order
for mailing. Please check your email within 24 hours for possible special instructions and read this page.
Product Refunds - Working with our publishers and designers we attempt to keep our customers as happy as possible.
- If a paper plan is sent to the customer by mail and the item gets lost in the mail. We will attempt to send another plan. If the
customer does not want to wait for another plan, a full refund may be issued except for the shipping and handling charges.
Any amount refunded may be issued in the form of a check and mailed to the customer or refunded via the
method of online payment used.
All refunds will be in US dollar currency.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Electronic plans in the format of JPG, GIF or PDF are NON-REFUNDABLE. I have no way of knowing that a person
may have kept a copy of the electronic plan on their computer. Simply sending the electronic plan back to me doesn't mean that a person
hasn't kept a copy for themselves.
Color Prints are custom orders and are therefore NON-REFUNDABLE.
Resized patterns are custom orders and are therefore NON-REFUNDABLE.
