PayPal - Successful Purchase

Thanks for shopping at the WoodworkersWorkshop.com International Distribution Center. You order will be processed within 24 hrs, usually within hours, sometimes within minutes. :-)

You will not receive paper plans delivered by postal mail for electronic products you purchased at this online store. If you ordered an electronic plan, that is what you will receive. If you ordered a paper plan, that is what you will receive. If you are looking for the traditional paper plans or vice versa and feel that you have made an error in your purchase please email me RIGHT NOW. I will work on a solution or a refund will be issued. But know this...the store policy clearly states that once an electronic product has been sent for delviery or for download, a refund will not be issued, irregardless if your Internet service blocks delivery. No exceptions.

Whether you purchased a paper plan or an electronic plan, if it hasn't been delivered to you in a reasonable time period please send me an email and please include your telephone number. What's reasonable? For paper plans 5-10 business days. For electronic plans, 24 hours is the normal time but keep in mind our store hours and notes we place on the online store regarding holidays. If your email service is blocking me from contacting you by email I have no other way to deal with situations that arise. So please send your telephone number.

It is assumed you have already read the Payment Methods and Terms of Sale at the online store before you purchased. It is clearly marked at the top of every page of the online store.

If you ordered electronic plans (PDF's, JPG's, GIF's):

• You will receive soon after your order, an email with the woodworking plan attached to the email. Having trouble? Just email us to let us know.

  Downloading the plans from a work computer - If you wish to download your purchase from a work computer, you should know that some workplaces do not allow files to be downloaded from the Internet. You can arrange to have your system administrator to allow our site. If that can't work or if that is the only computer you have, we can arrange to email the plan to a family member, neighbor or co-worker.

  Emailing to a work email address - If you provided us with a work email address, whether it be a private company, a government agency or a school institution, there can be problems with delivery of the email. For the same reason mentioned above, some work places do not allow emails to be delivered from unknown addresses. If you are receiving email from us for the first time, our email would be considered "unknown" and can be blocked from delivery. Check your spam filter. Usually, adding our email address, sales@woodworkersworkshop.com, to your email address book will fix the delivery problem. You can always remove the address after the delivery is completed.

  If you do not receive your email within 24 hrs to your email address... Please contact me! Some people wait weeks and even a month then are angry that they did not receive their plan or instructions on how to download their plan. Don't wait. I have no way of knowing if the email is delivered. Which leads me to this statement...

  Please let me know that you successfully downloaded your woodworking plans purchase by sending an email to me. Your satisfaction of an on-time delivery is important.

• During normal business hours I process orders. Typically the email is sent within the hour and usually within 24 hours so check your email accordingly. Many people purchase over the weekend and I try to answer email during that time. Please understand that I can't work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Any purchases or inquiries made between Friday 6pm and Monday 7am will be dealt with no later than 9 am Monday morning.

• The big name companies like Hotmail, AOL, Geocities, Yahoo as well as some work email addresses like educational or government agencies have historically given me some difficulty in contacting our customers who use these services.. So, its important for you to know that if you have this type of email address, that delivery delays may occur and sometimes fail. If your email address is serviced by Hotmail, MSN, AOL or any other of the big name services, please add us to your Safe List and/or add our email address sales@woodworkersworkshop.com to your contact list. This will ensure delivery of email we send you. If delays occur do, we will work towards another solution, meaning you should have another email address I can deliver to (husband, son, daughter, neighbor etc). I may also attempt to use our alternate email address woodworkingplans@gmail.com

• Many of the JPG and GIF patterns are simply a silhouette image. If you are buying a scroll saw pattern it is presumed you already know how to scroll saw. As such, instructions are not provided with some of the patterns. For our very own series #05-,   you will receive a instructions document as well, to help you resize your pattern on your computer.

If you ordered paper plans:

• During normal business hours I will process your purchase order. The store can process credit card orders 24/7 but I do not work 24/7. If I have the plan in my inventory, your purchase will be in the mail within 24 hours. Products are normally shipped regular ground mail. If you wish faster service and have already paid for your order please email me now. We will have to set up another transaction to pay for express mail delivery. Express mail delivery means average 2-3 days within the lower 48 states of the USA if mailed from a warehouse within the USA. If its not in my Canadian warehouse, I send it off for direct shipment from the supplier's warehouse to save you delivery time. I have warehouses in California, Michigan and Minnesota, it all depends on what paper plan you purchase.

• Delivery time is based on the post office. Typically 3-7 business days if it is shipped direct from one of the supplier's warehouses. 7-12 business days if it is shipped from my inventory. International deliveries can take up to 4 weeks, sometimes 6 weeks if you live in a remote community.

• Don't wait an extended period of time. If you feel you should have received the plan and have not, please contact me. Tracking numbers are not provided since I ship standard post. I can ship using a tracking service but it will be very expensive for you. Tracking numbers can add up to $15.00 in mailing costs, not worth it in my opinion.
